Creating unified branding for allied health clinics

2025-Present

THE STORY

healthia came to Priism managing a portfolio of distinct clinic brands (Allsports Physiotherapy, Allsports Podiatry, Back In Motion, Mid North Coast Allied Health, and My FootDr) all running their own inconsistent social posts, flyers, and print materials. We partnered on an initial brief to build a set of templates for their clinics to use day-to-day, empowering each brand with a professional portfolio of consistent branded collateral.

We designed a suite of Canva templates covering Instagram posts and stories, A4 flyers, and DL flyers, paired with PDF usage guides so each clinic's own staff could apply them confidently using Canva without any design experience. It gave every location the tools to regularly produce on-brand materials without needing to come back to us for every asset.

That early win built the trust for something much bigger. When Healthia launched their new allied health clinic, healthia HUB, we were brought on to design its entire marketing presence, from large-format signage and social templates to the window graphics that tie the building itself into the brand. It's since grown into an ongoing design partnership, picking up ad-hoc projects like acoustic wall panels for their healthia MINDS wellness office.

They didn't just show up with a camera. They took the time to understand who we are, and the story we were trying to tell. They captured significant moments across the life of the school and helped us apply that to communications across the board.

The Challenge

Managing a broad range of distinct clinic brands across Australia means that healthia need template systems flexible enough for non-designers at each clinic to run day-to-day, without every asset routing back through an agency. When the healthia HUB sub-brand launched, that challenge multiplied: a brand-new clinic needed a complete marketing presence (both physical and digital) built to reflect their recent company-wide rebrand, on a tight opening timeline.

The Solution

Priism approached the challenge by prioritising independence for each clinic rather than creating another layer of design dependency. We built the Canva template system around simplicity first, keeping layouts flexible enough for non-designers to customise confidently, and paired every template with clear usage guides so each clinic's team could self-serve rather than routing every asset back through us.

When healthia HUB launched, we treated the sub-brand as its own identity within the wider healthia system, distinct enough to stand on its own but clearly part of the family, and extended that thinking to the physical space itself by designing window signage that ties the building into the brand rather than treating signage as an afterthought. That same flexible, collaborative approach has carried into the ongoing partnership, letting us respond quickly to ad-hoc briefs as they come up.

Outcomes

healthia's subsidiary clinics now run on shared template systems their own teams can maintain, cutting down on design bottlenecks while keeping every brand on-brand. The healthia HUB launch gave the new sub-brand a cohesive, professional presence from day one - inside and out, and the ongoing partnership means new projects get picked up quickly. Our team is currently working with healthia on ways to streamline design requests from across their range of clinics.
